Prepare for your fall high school sport season by joining our teen track and train series. Join Instructor Julie Guerrette for a 4-week program that focuses on safely increasing speed, agility and fitness in preparation for fall sports tryouts. These workouts will be specifically targeted for those athletes who need to have intervals of speed, power and dynamic total body movement for their sport. Along with sport specific interval training, there will be a strong emphasis placed on proper form and preventive warm up exercises to reduce common seasonal injuries.
This program is intended for those teens that are looking to build on an already good base level of fitness. This course will involve intervals of running, sprinting and dynamic movements.
