Ages 3 and up Immunizations are offered at no charge with an ID card from Medicare B, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, or Anthem. $30.00 (cash or check) for all others. This year, we are offering the standard quadrivalent influenza vaccine.
