The BOW Young at Heart Club was organized March 17, 1976. It's main focus was to provide a place where Bow's rising senior population could come together and enjoy each other's company. The Club sponsors and schedules a full slate of social functions. These include potluck luncheons each year, refreshments, speakers, and inexpensive trips of interest to us all.
All Seniors 55 years and over are welcome!

The Rotary Club of Bow will host its annual public-speaking contest for high school students at 7 pm on March 28. To encourage robust competition, the first place winner in Bow will earn $500, second place will earn $300, and third place will earn $200.
Contestants speak for five to seven minutes on topics of their choosing and use Rotary’s “Four-Way Test” to analyze a personal decision or course of action.
The Rotary Four-Way Test of the things we think, do or say: 1) Is it the truth?
2) Is it fair to all concerned? 3) Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
4) Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
Bow Rotary’s contest is open to students attending Bow High School and to residents of Bow and Dunbarton who are home schooled.
Bow’s winner will have an opportunity to compete at the District competition in Danvers, MA, on May 4. An application form and additional details are posted at BowRotary.org.
The public is encouraged to attend.
