This program is geared for children under age 3 with an adult. This is a 30 minute interactive program for the very young including simple fingerplays, elementary flannel boards, very short books, and easy movement activities.

A book club designed for the newly independent or soon-to-be readers. Children should be in Grades K - 2. Each program includes a book discussion, snack, read-aloud, and an activity related to the theme of the day.

A fun co-ed group exercise class that combines strength training and cardio work in a variety of ways including drills, circuits, games, and interval training. Participants leave having completed a full-body workout each class.
