A thirty-minute storytime designed for children from 18 months to 3 years of age, in the company of a parent or caregiver. We'll share stories, songs, fingerplays and flannel boards, and end with open play time.

In this two-day a week FUN co-ed group exercise class we will combine strength training and cardio work in a variety of ways including drills, circuits, games, and interval training. Participants leave having completed a full-body workout each class.

In this class you will learn the classical pilates mat repertoire assisted props such as balls, rollers, and hand weights.
