    A fun co-ed group exercise class that combines strength training and cardio work in a variety of ways including drills, circuits, games, and interval training. Participants leave having completed a full-body workout each class.

  3. Nature Scavenger Hunt

    July 10, 2018, 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM @ Silk Farm Audubon Center

    Join us as we hike through Old Orchard Trail / Silk Farm Audubon Center and Wildlife Sanctuary as we seek to find various nature items. This Scavenger Hunt is geared for toddlers, preschoolers, and grade school children. Children must be accompanied with an adult or guardian. Come prepared with plenty of water, dressed in appropriate clothing, and trail shoes. Apply sunscreen and bug spray 30 minutes prior to start of the hike. This is NOT stroller accessible.

    The Selectmen typically meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, however the schedule is subject to change at the Board's discretion. Additional meetings are often scheduled throughout the year.
