Cardio Fusion2019-02-06T08:30:00This program for advanced beginner/intermediate participants alternates between step and low-impact aerobics and includes strength and balance training at each class. Have fun, get strong, and build cardio endurance. Bring a mat, water, and a small hand towel or kitchen towel. Anyone 50 and older or those with a health risk will need a doctor's note to participate.

Bring a water bottle; and, if you wish to do exercises lying on the floor (optional), bring a mat and a small hand towel or kitchen towel. Chairs are available for resting and/or balancing.

Children's Ballet & Tap gr K-12019-02-06T14:30:00Ballet and Tap for grades K – 1 is an extension of our 3-5 year old program. Children will continue to learn more ballet and tap vocabulary while implementing more advanced and complex dance combinations. These classes continue to emphasize a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Tap & Jazz for grades 2-4 This class gives the student the opportunity to explore a tap/jazz combination class for 1 hour weekly. Students will work on technique with a focus on basic positions and vocabulary of jazz and tap. This class will help the students improve their flexibility, sense of rhythm and coordination, while encouraging self-esteem and working in a group.

LTSR / Ski Bus Gr 5-8 make up day if needed2019-02-06T16:30:00Bow Parks & Recreation is excited to offer a Learn to Ski & Ride Program at Pats Peak Ski Area, Henniker NH. This five (5) week program is being offered to those who are currently in the 1st Grade through 12th Grade.
Transportation costs are NOT part of the Pats Peak Learn To Ski and Ride Program. BES Grade 1-4 & BHS Grade 9-12
Parents are responsible for transporting their children TO/FROM Pats Peak.
Parents are responsible for their children during the lesson time at Pats Peak.
BMS Students Grade 5-8|BOW REC SKI BUS PROGRAM REGISTRATION OPENS BOW RES OCT 10 NON RES OCT 12. The Ski Bus will depart from BMS parking lot after school and return to BMS by 7:15pm for parent/guardian pick up. Space is limited! We are limited by the number of participant’s who can comfortably fit on the Ski Bus.

By the end of the session, participants will have a variety of techniques that they can incorporate into their daily lives to find a greater sense of balance and alleviate stress.
