  3. Body Blast

    Build your bones, strengthen and stretch your muscles in this 45-minute strength training program. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, this class is right for you as modifications are provided for various abilities. Instruction in self-myofascial release with a roller will be demonstrated for those who arrive early. You won't want to miss it! Bring a mat, small hand towel or kitchen towel, and a water bottle. Anyone 60 and older or those with a health risk will need a doctor's note to participate. ~ INSTRUCTOR: Michele Vecchione

  4. Fancy Nancy Dance Camp

    This is not your average dance jewels rule at Fancy Nancy Dance Camp but the Royal Queen only grants three sparkling crown jewels to princesses who prove they are confident, fun & friendly, and kindhearted! Your princess (or prince charming!) will love this royal ballet and tap adventure through the magical kingdom of Fancy Nancy and learning the important lessons from friends who will help them reach their crowning moment on the stage! At the end of the week, all are invited to join us for our royal performance! This two hour morning camp is geared toward the younger dancer, Ages 3-6

  6. Marquee Mix Up Intro to Theater Camp

    July 10, 2019, 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM @ Dance Inspirations

    Intro to Theater camp-this fun, Broadway themed camp will explore musical theater dancing, theater games, theater production, crafts and more! While learning fun facts from popular shows, including Wicked, Matilda, Seussical, The little mermaid and Mary Poppins.  Your Broadway performers will light up the stage with their Marquee Mix Up crafts and dance activities.  At the end of camp, dancers will make their Broadway debut by performing show stopping routines inspired by each of these musicals. Cue the curtain, Broadway here we come! This two hour afternoon camp is geared toward those going into Grade 1-6 Fall 2019.

    Competitive adult co-ed volleyball. This is an inter-mediate-level pickup game, with teams formed based on who shows up. Come once or every week. Previous volleyball experience highly recommended. Held at the Bow Elementary School, 22 Bow Center Rd, Bow.
