This is not your average dance camp...cool jewels rule at Fancy Nancy Dance Camp but the Royal Queen only grants three sparkling crown jewels to princesses who prove they are confident, fun & friendly, and kindhearted! Your princess (or prince charming!) will love this royal ballet and tap adventure through the magical kingdom of Fancy Nancy and learning the important lessons from friends who will help them reach their crowning moment on the stage!
At the end of the week, all are invited to join us for our royal performance! This two hour morning camp is geared toward the younger dancer, Ages 3-6

Our GENTLE YOGA class offers stretching and strengthening and relaxing opportunities with chair support for full-body engagement, head & neck to ankles & toes. Whether you’re new to yoga, expanding your physical therapy practice, and/or looking for new ways to explore your body, this yoga class will offer practice for building flexible strength, using the chair for seated poses and for balancing poses. All are welcome.

Intro to Theater camp-this fun, Broadway themed camp will explore musical theater dancing, theater games, theater production, crafts and more! While learning fun facts from popular shows, including Wicked, Matilda, Seussical, The little mermaid and Mary Poppins. Your Broadway performers will light up the stage with their Marquee Mix Up crafts and dance activities. At the end of camp, dancers will make their Broadway debut by performing show stopping routines inspired by each of these musicals. Cue the curtain, Broadway here we come! This two hour afternoon camp is geared toward those going into Grade 1-6 Fall 2019.

Come S-T-R-E-T-C-H with us! Our yoga practice meets you where you are, and we’ll explore beginning to more experienced modifications from Kripalu Hatha Yoga, including Yin and Restorative Asanas, as well as Qi Gong healing for boosting immunity. We will stretch, strengthen & balance with a focus on mindful breathing and pranayama practice for stress reduction, relaxation, and equanimity. ~ INSTRUCTOR: Kristina Lucas, RYT

Prepare for your fall high school sport season by joining our teen track and train series. Join Instructor Julie Guerrette for a 4-week program that focuses on safely increasing speed, agility and fitness in preparation for fall sports tryouts. These workouts will be specifically targeted for those athletes who need to have intervals of speed, power and dynamic total body movement for their sport. Along with sport specific interval training, there will be a strong emphasis placed on proper form and preventive warm up exercises to reduce common seasonal injuries.
This program is intended for those teens that are looking to build on an already good base level of fitness. This course will involve intervals of running, sprinting and dynamic movements.
