Explorer Program
This is a program for high school age students to participate in all simulated aspects of the law enforcement field. They can also apply and be accepted to attend the Explorer Academy and also compete with other Explorers around the state in competitions.

Grants
The Police Department applies for and accepts grants such as:
- Homeland Security I
- Homeland Security II
- Seat Belt - Highway Safety
- Speed Enforcement - Highway Safety
- Underage Drinking - Highway Safety
Vacation House Checks
Residents planing to be away on vacation can fill out a form to request that officers do random checks on their residence for the duration of their absence.
Interested parties can:
- Complete the Vacant House Check Request Form online.
- Download a Vacant House Check Request Form (PDF) and submit the form to the Police Department by email.
- Visit the Bow Police Department to complete and submit the form in person.
Concord Regional Crimeline
Concord Regional Crimeline is a non-profit partnership between the law enforcement community, and the communities they serve. It provides citizens with a vehicle to anonymously supply the police with information about a crime or potential crime of which they have knowledge. Cash rewards up to $1000 are offered to people who call the program and their information leads to an arrest, the recovery of stolen property, or the seizure of illegal drugs.
Concord Regional Crimeline is a member group of Crimestoppers International. The Crimeline phone staffed twenty-fours a day. Callers are given a code number which is used in all subsequent calls and callers do not have to identify themselves.
Who Administers the Crimeline?
A volunteer Board of Directors actively administers and is responsible for the program. Concord Regional Crimeline is a non-profit organization and is responsible for raising funds and the disbursement of rewards. The Board of Directors works in close cooperation with participating police agencies in the greater Concord service area. Other agencies participating are:
