Per NH RSA 79-D, the Bow Board of Selectmen will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Bow Municipal Building, Mtg. Room A, 10 Grandview Road, to provide residents an opportunity to discuss two (2) Discretionary Preservation Easement applications:  1) Michael and Nancy Sampo  (Trusts), 64 Woodhill Hooksett Road, Tax Map 33-2-48; and 2) Michael and Nancy Sampo (Trusts), 59 Woodhill Hooksett Road., Tax Map 33-2-53.

Proposed Issuance of Bonds or Notes

Town of Bow

Pursuant to the Municipal Finance Act (RSA 33), the Bow Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, 6:00 p.m., at the Bow Municipal Building, Meeting Room A, to discuss the proposed issuance of a note in the amount of $305,101 from the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (DES) Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, in accordance with RSA 33:5-d, RSA 486:14, RSA 33:8-a, and all other provisions of the Municipal Finance Act, NH RSA Chapter 33, for the purpose of designing, engineering, permitting, and constructing an extension of a water line from the Concord City Limits to Bow Junction.
